Since I took the as my first choice, I got to keep the power-ghouls from my and the freeze effect a maxed stack offers on the chest-piece.
The second choice was between helm and shoulders, so I went with the and swapped.
This freed up a legendary slot, so I opted for the top recommended since it had that handy gem slot - perfect for the new or blood dk best in slot buffing a stat in addition to the speed boost.
I expect the third choice will include a chestpeice, but until then I'm still using it, but will probably swap it out for the next best.

Stam DKs have high damage and they can be used for all content in the game. We are running Perfect Arms of Relequen which is one of the best Single Target damage sets out there, along with some other nice sets that you can choose from. There's a lot of guides that mention which legendaries are BiS, but these rankings are backed by data available from Warcraft Logs.

DPS is mostly correct, except for Frost Mage and Survival Hunter due to a lack of data.
I'll experiment with other metrics to get better rankings for those legendaries.

Other specs like survival hunter are so terrible that there aren't enough parses to analyze the legendaries.
The most powerful legendaries include the Unholy DK wrist, Fire Mage wrist, Arms Warrior gloves, and Havoc DH ring.
I think these might be underpowered and deserve a buff.
I'll update the spreadsheet when I find a better metric, but this was just an initial first pass.

I was tempted myself to set my lootspec to demo for a chance at them but i decided against rngesus possibly favoring me.

They're nice but their utility decreases when you know the strats well, as movement can be minimized.
Also my DK is a worgen so that additional movement CD is very handy.
Id love to see DC taken off the GCD similar to mages fire blast.
If i stack more haste RNG loves me and i waste resources, if i stack more whatever else RNG dumps me and i now am starved.
Resource management having such a high RNG element is really annoying.
You should still try to find times to weave it in.
It's more about SoW than RC with the bracers though.
This is the first time that Frost has been powerful and Unholy has been weak for ages apart from short periods at the tail end of expansions when Blizzard realizes that Frost has been shit for ages and gives them a tier set that makes them competitive with other specs that aren't reliant on their sets.

Trail came in to my guild, same gear but I have shoulders and boots, he has bracers and waist.
Looking through all the mistakes on his logs yet he keeps up with me on DPS most fights really crushes me inside.
Valeeras stats make me wanna neck myself.
Still pull 400k on Ursoc but wish I could see whatd click to see more be with something else.
So glad I got that shitty ring instead of Insignia of Ravenholdt, it's only a ~20k+ dps difference, no big deal.
At least it has Mastery.
The neck is decent and I can appreciate the effect, but the other two are so bad it's kind of amazing.
I have that and the boots and the boots are pure shit, I use the resto Lego boots over them for the much superior stats.
Storm Tempests are dope for cleave though.
I dominate dps on Xavius and Cenarius thanks in large part to the belt.
It's really really good on 2 stacked targets.
Just make sure you apply the effect when stormbringer procs to each target so they all zap eachother instead of just the single target.
The boots are the only shit legendaries I don't have, and I just know they're next.
Resto has mastery and haste which is great for enh.

Also, regarding feral, the bulk of them provide utility or ease the JOHN-FUCKING-MADDEN aspect of the class.
Also improves dps in low target cleave situations.
Cinidaria +30% damage for 100%-90% phase - provides a lot of front-loaded burst when everything is being popped Ailuro regrowth proc stacks to 3, auto generate one every 15s - more blood talon buffs, more self healing.
Should probably be higher on the list with perfect play, but this one increases skill ceiling on the class while the other big ones reduce it.
Sephuz's it has a socket - it has a socket.
Prydaz 15% hp shield every 30s if not taken damage for 5s and has a socket - Ends up absorbing about 20% of the chip damage I take in most fights, which ends up making me pretty hands-off when combined with the self-heals.
Plus it has a socket.
Or you know, end up with both of these and click to see more on balance affinity and enjoy your 27 yard range thrash as it pulls trash from everywhere.
Still no 2nd legendary, but if I get the chest, I'm totally gonna abuse that shit.

I became the new MM hunter for a couple of days using luffas.
Even now I mysteriously pull snails and seagulls from africa.
I think their spread is more ideal, since it mitigates the "damnit" Exactly, like every legendary is atleast "ok, not so bad" for en Ele Shaman but for Enh for example a Sephuz's Secret is a "fuck this shit" moment.
I ran some quick tests and it seems that Luffa's dominates on Il'gynoth and Wildshaper's is top on Xavius, but the benefit is still marginal compared to legendaries from other classes.
In an ideal environment, it makes sense that power spread averaged over the entire raid should be small, but it would be healthy to have a large power spread on a boss-by-boss basis.
This way choosing legendaries per boss is actually impactful and rewards gear decision making.

Feral legendaries are great because they make your life a bit easier but the DPS boost isn't gigantic, meaning you don't feel too sad if you don't get your favorite and top rank competition remains mostly based on good play rather than RNG outside of Luffa padding :P.

Yet Prydaz worst destro legendary listed at 8 is better for a destro warlock than even the 3rd best legendary is for Sub Cinidaria.
Basically it makes legendaries that actually are pretty decent, maybe not THE BEST legendary, but definitely not terrible items seem far worse than what they are.
Yeah hood is hands down the best, but it isn't like the rest of them are TERRIBLE for affliction and they seem way better to get just because Sephuz's actually is pretty terrible for affliction.
Even though most of those legendaries are as good for affliction, as the all of the other legendaries are for destro.
It looks like you would be fine if you set the minimum value to 80.
It will make your data look way prettier.
It will also make some specs feel a little better.

Blood DK to me is one of them until you get the bracers.
Havoc DH is fury starved until you get the ring, which is currently being gutted on the PTR.

When prydaz beats the dps of your CLASS SPECIFIC legendary, it feels SO bad.
Look at the power differences.
Monks don't need the mobility to do more DPS.
Can confirmed, my raid loves me for the 25% movespeed I bring.
Helm is better in single-target situations and the ring is more well-rounded, so it pulls ahead over an average raid.
What part about the boomkin ranking looks off to you?
Cindaria is already the "worst" of the pure boomkin DPS legendaries so it seems to be in the right place.
I think holy priest is off too since it ranks Prydaz first.

The shield goes into your HPS, and it's several percent over the course of a fight.

The class needs this ring to currently survive just like DKs.
Other classes have resource rings to.
With each DH running demons blades it gives a chance of 1-12 fury I believe if they tuned it to 1-10 it would be rounded out well instead of removing the ring.
Now grants 25% Haste, up from 15%.
Now has a 30 sec CD.
Now heals you for 100% of the damage done.
Also I would like to point out that Emerald Nightmare isn't the only high level content that the game has to offer.
Also just for example Sephuz isn't that good for raiding but is really strong in Mythic+ and PVP.
I don't actually know if there is a "right" metric for tanks.
Warcraftlogs experimented with 'krsi' back in WoD, but I don't think it's been updated for Legion yet.
I just saw Cinidaria at the top of the chart for all of the tanks and thought "that's not right!
I don't know your process, but I would also be interested in seeing data of this sort from other types of high level content, like Mythic+ and rated arenas.
I'm mostly interested in M+ progression myself so I'll be looking at that next.
The creator of the stat has said it's wrong and should be removed but for some reason it stays.
If you do a log compare for "Survivability" KRSI is there in all it's broken glory.
Luff and Elize are widely agreed to be the best Guardian legendaries since Thrash also happens to help with mitigation.
Frizzo is probably like everything else with Survival, it's hard to be sure the BiS legendary for 3 targets.
Not that there's a lot of those in EN, but it works great on things like P1 Xavius or mythic Ursoc.
In dungeons it's amazing, dat cleave.
I don't see how the bracers can be a negative power level when it straight up buffs your best skill.
Maybe it's based off of some build that doesn't utilize ice lance?
I expect that specs that are underplayed right now are probably not going to be very accurate for a warcraftlogs based analysis.
It's extremely weak compared to the other specs, and I doubt anybody playing frost mage actually wants their parses logged haha.
Frost is parsing a little over fire in single target scenarios now.
It just requires a lot of AP to get going and most high end raiders are heavily invested in fire via legendaries and specific gear choices.
Also the perception that "Frost is bad" due to its pre-buff state causes a lot of inertia on people switching over.
Once there is more data I'll rerun this, but I can see a couple high parses for frost in the ~875 bracket on single target fights.
Especially for those who already invested AP elsewhere.
Seems legit, the chest piece that does nothing but increase a damage reduction passive by 50% when HPS is the ranking metric is ranked higher just because it's a better stat stick.
The Assass boots require a different relic build and the Outlaw bracers require a different talent build and rotation.
Curious if this is why those two are below the leather class belt.
And I really hope the Sub boots make it passed the nerf block, sub is a very fun spec to play with them.
The 3-Vendetta-Combination is just far and above over all other relics, no matter the legendarys.
Either way, the boots are pretty low impact.
Outlaw Bracers are bad.
There is a lot of lost damage between BtE and RT, and the boost to pistol shot is probably only barely worth that.
I really wonder that boots arent higher then the bracers.
Depends on ilvl of your better rupture dmg relics you ahve access to.
Regardless, I'm saying the people that are blood dk best in slot the assass boots might not being using the 3 master assassin relics as it's on recently been touted as the best combo, mostly as it's only good if you have all 3, which can be hard to do.
Outlaw Bracers are bad.
Outlaw with the leggo bracers sims higher than the other specs on ST at current ilvl.
This has a have a huge increase of DPS in between Quickening stacks and not having to Evo since having a butt load of mastery is going to increase our mana regen anyway so 10% of that will be even better.
Shard's the defacto best and your 'best' being the Kilt which gives us 12% for using an ability that we only use to clear quickening stacks and prior to using evo anyway.
Right now the base Arcane rotation has you trying your damn hardest to only cast Barrage as minimal as possible.
With the kilt you change the rotation completely not implimented in SimC.
Another major point to the kilt is that it is much more forgiving which further pushes it at the top.
Make a mistake with the other legendaries and you are fucked.
Bonus points if you have Rhonin's Bracers which is absolutely insane and provides more "regen" than the cord.
Almost all top Arcane Mages in WCL use the above combination.
As for Dungeons, Kilt is way way ahead.
PS: Something is off with the methodology since Rhonin's should be at the very top.

One of the most vital parts of Frost DK's dps is keeping Icy Talons stacks up at all time.
If these stacks drop, you're in for a huge dps loss.

I recommend you make your own spreadsheet using the first link.

IMHO 2-set is okey-ish, 4-set seems to be a crap.

There's a lot of guides that mention which legendaries are BiS, but these rankings are backed by data available from Warcraft Logs.

DPS is mostly correct, except for Frost Mage and Survival Hunter due to a lack of data.
I'll experiment with other metrics to get better rankings for those legendaries.

Other specs like survival hunter are so terrible that there aren't enough parses to analyze the legendaries.
The most powerful legendaries include the Unholy DK wrist, Fire Mage wrist, Arms Warrior gloves, and Havoc DH ring.
I think these might be underpowered and deserve a buff.
I'll update the spreadsheet when I find a better metric, but this was just an initial first pass.
I wonder if there is enough data out there to check its impact.
I think there were only two bosses with enough data.
That being said, I'll take another look and add those bracers in if I find a way.
I was tempted myself to set my lootspec to demo for a chance at them but i decided against rngesus possibly favoring me.
I had no points in demo and was playing as aff.
Got legendary demo belt.
Before these new ones the Demo bracers were the best legendary for all 3 specs by far.
Frost belt legendary is 2nd BIS behind wrists, just so happens that none except for 1 guy I think of the top performing frost DKs have gotten it.
They all have wrists or helm or no damage ones.

My priest with Body and Soul cannot keep up with him just running, let alone when he Wraithwalks.
As Fury you should be striving for 50% haste.

They're nice but their utility decreases when you know the strats well, as movement can be minimized.
Also my DK is a worgen so that additional movement CD is very handy.

If i stack more haste RNG loves me and i waste resources, if i stack more whatever else RNG dumps me and i now am starved.
Resource management having such a high RNG element is really annoying.
You should still try to find times to weave it in.
It's more about SoW than RC with the bracers though.
This is the first time that Frost has been powerful and Unholy has been weak for ages apart from short periods at the tail end of expansions when Blizzard realizes that Frost has been shit for ages and gives them a tier set that makes them competitive with other specs that aren't reliant on their sets.

I have that and the boots and the boots are pure shit, I use the resto Lego boots over them for the much superior stats.
Storm Tempests are dope for cleave though.
I dominate dps on Xavius and Cenarius thanks in large part to the belt.
It's really really good on 2 stacked targets.
Just make sure you apply the effect when stormbringer procs to each target so they all zap eachother instead of just the single target.

Also, regarding feral, the bulk of them provide utility or ease the JOHN-FUCKING-MADDEN aspect of the class.
Also improves dps in low target cleave situations.
Cinidaria +30% damage for 100%-90% phase - provides a lot of front-loaded burst when everything is being popped Ailuro regrowth proc stacks to 3, auto generate one every 15s - more blood talon buffs, more self healing.
Should probably be higher on the list with perfect play, but this one increases skill ceiling on the class while the other big ones reduce it.
Sephuz's it has blood dk best in slot socket - it has a socket.
Prydaz 15% hp shield every blood dk best in slot if not taken damage for 5s and has a socket - Ends up absorbing about 20% of the chip damage I take in most fights, which ends up rtp hill best william slots me pretty hands-off when combined with the self-heals.
Plus it has a socket.
Or you know, end up with both of these and put on balance affinity and enjoy your 27 yard range thrash as it pulls trash from everywhere.

I became the new MM hunter for a couple of days using luffas.
Even now I mysteriously pull snails and seagulls from africa.
I think their spread is more ideal, since it mitigates the "damnit" Exactly, like every legendary is atleast "ok, not so bad" for en Ele Shaman but for Enh for example a Sephuz's Secret is a "fuck this shit" moment.
I ran some quick tests and it seems that Luffa's dominates on Il'gynoth and Wildshaper's is top on Xavius, but the benefit is still marginal compared to legendaries from other classes.
In an ideal environment, it makes sense that power spread averaged over the entire raid should be small, but it would be healthy to have a large power spread on a boss-by-boss basis.
This way choosing legendaries per boss is actually impactful and rewards gear decision making.

Feral legendaries are great because they make your life a bit easier but the DPS boost isn't gigantic, meaning you don't feel too sad if you don't get your favorite and top rank competition remains mostly based on good play rather than RNG outside of Luffa padding :P.

Your graphs visually show the data is the same for these two classes.
Yet Prydaz worst destro legendary listed at 8 is better for a destro warlock than even the 3rd best legendary is for Sub Cinidaria.
Basically it makes legendaries that actually are pretty decent, maybe not THE BEST legendary, but definitely not terrible items seem far worse than what they are.
Yeah hood is hands down the best, but it isn't like the rest of them are TERRIBLE for affliction and they this web page way better to get just because Sephuz's actually is pretty terrible for affliction.
Even though most of those legendaries are as good for affliction, as the all of the other legendaries are for destro.
It looks like you would be fine if you set the minimum value to 80.
It will make your data look way prettier.

I feel like atleast 50% of the classes are being balanced around items that people may or may not ever obtain and that's just bad best slots in st eat if you ask me.

Blood DK to me is one of them until you get the bracers.
Havoc DH is fury starved until you get the ring, which is currently being gutted on the PTR.
My Blood DK certainly doesn't feel boring without those braces.

When prydaz beats the dps of your CLASS SPECIFIC legendary, it feels SO bad.
Look at the power differences.
Monks don't need the mobility to do more DPS.
Can confirmed, my raid loves me for the 25% movespeed I bring.
Helm is better in single-target situations and the ring is more well-rounded, so it pulls ahead over an average raid.

Cindaria is already the "worst" of the pure boomkin DPS legendaries so it seems to be in the right place.
I think holy priest is off too since it ranks Prydaz first.

The shield goes into your HPS, and it's several percent over the course of a fight.
It also helps with survivability which is something h priests sorely lack.
Top it off with perfectly itemized and a socket.

The class needs this ring to currently survive just like DKs.
Other classes have resource rings to.
With each DH running demons blades it gives a chance of 1-12 fury I believe if they tuned it to 1-10 it would be rounded out well instead of removing the ring.
Now grants 25% Haste, up from 15%.
Now has a 30 sec CD.
Now heals you for 100% of the damage done.
Also I would like to point out that Emerald Nightmare isn't the only high level content that the game has to offer.
Also just for example Sephuz isn't that good for raiding but is really strong in Mythic+ and PVP.
I don't actually know if there is a "right" metric for tanks.
Warcraftlogs experimented with 'krsi' back in WoD, but I don't think it's been updated for Legion yet.

The creator of the stat has said it's wrong and should be removed but for some reason it stays.
If you do a log compare for "Survivability" KRSI is there in all it's broken glory.
Luff and Elize are widely agreed to be the best Guardian legendaries since Thrash also happens to help with mitigation.
Frizzo is probably like everything else with Survival, it's hard to be sure the BiS legendary for 3 targets.
Not that there's a lot of those in EN, but it works great on things like P1 Xavius or mythic Ursoc.
In dungeons it's amazing, dat cleave.
I don't see how the bracers can be a negative power level when it straight up buffs your best skill.
Maybe it's based off of some build that doesn't utilize ice lance?
I expect that specs that are underplayed right now are probably not going to be very accurate for a warcraftlogs based analysis.
It's extremely weak compared to the other specs, and I doubt anybody playing frost mage actually wants their parses logged haha.
Frost is parsing a little over fire in single target scenarios now.
It just requires a lot of AP to get going and most high end raiders are heavily invested in fire via legendaries and specific gear choices.
Also the perception that "Frost is bad" due to its pre-buff state causes a lot of inertia on people switching over.
Once there is more data I'll rerun this, but I can see a couple high parses for frost in the ~875 bracket on single target fights.
Especially for those who already invested AP elsewhere.
Seems legit, the chest piece that does nothing but increase a damage reduction passive by 50% when HPS is the ranking metric is ranked higher just because it's a better stat stick.
The Assass boots require a different relic build and the Outlaw bracers require a different talent build and rotation.

There is a lot of lost damage between BtE and RT, and the boost to pistol shot is probably only barely worth that.

Depends on ilvl of your better rupture dmg relics you ahve access to.
Regardless, I'm saying the people that are using the assass boots might not being using the 3 master here relics as it's on recently been touted as the best combo, mostly as it's only good if you have all 3, which can be hard to do.
Outlaw Bracers are bad.
Outlaw with the leggo bracers sims higher than the other specs on ST at current ilvl.
This has a have a huge increase of DPS in between Quickening stacks and not having to Evo since having a butt load of mastery is going to increase our mana regen anyway so 10% of that will be even better.
Shard's the defacto best and your 'best' being the Kilt which gives us 12% for using an ability that we only use to clear quickening stacks and prior to using evo anyway.
Right now the base Arcane rotation has you trying your damn hardest to only cast Barrage as minimal as possible.
With the kilt you change the rotation completely not implimented in SimC.
Another major point to the kilt is that it is much more forgiving which further pushes it at the top.
Make a mistake with the other legendaries and you are fucked.
Bonus points if you have Rhonin's Bracers which is absolutely insane and provides more "regen" than the cord.
Almost all top Arcane Mages in WCL use the above combination.
As for Dungeons, Kilt is way way ahead.
PS: Something is off with the methodology since Rhonin's should be at the very top.

There's a lot of guides that mention which legendaries are BiS, but these rankings are backed by data available from Warcraft Logs.

DPS is mostly correct, except for Frost Mage and Survival Hunter due to a lack of data.
I'll experiment with other metrics just click for source get better rankings for those legendaries.

Other specs like survival hunter are so terrible that there aren't enough parses to analyze the legendaries.
The most powerful legendaries include the Unholy DK wrist, Fire Mage wrist, Arms Warrior gloves, and Havoc DH ring.
I think these might be underpowered and deserve a buff.
I'll update the spreadsheet when I find a better metric, but this was just an initial first pass.

I was tempted myself to set my lootspec to demo for a chance at them but i decided against rngesus possibly favoring me.
I had no points in demo and was playing as aff.

Before these new ones the Demo bracers were the best legendary for all 3 specs by far.
Frost belt legendary is 2nd BIS behind wrists, just so happens that none except for 1 guy I think of the top performing frost DKs have gotten it.
They all have wrists or helm or no damage ones.

As Fury you should be striving for 50% haste.

They're nice but their utility decreases when you know the strats well, as movement can be minimized.
Also my DK is a worgen so that additional movement CD is very handy.
Id love to see DC taken off the GCD similar to mages fire blast.
If i stack more haste RNG loves me and i waste resources, if i stack more whatever else RNG dumps me and i now am starved.
Resource management having such a high RNG element is really annoying.
You should still try to find times to weave it in.
It's more about SoW than RC with the bracers though.
This is the first time that Frost has been powerful and Unholy has been weak for ages apart from short periods at the tail end of expansions when Blizzard realizes that Frost has been shit for ages and gives them a tier set that makes them competitive with other specs that aren't reliant on their sets.

Trail came in to my guild, same gear but I have shoulders and boots, he has bracers and waist.
Looking through all the mistakes on his logs yet he keeps up with me on DPS most fights really crushes me inside.
Valeeras stats make me wanna neck myself.
Still pull 400k on Ursoc but wish I could see whatd itd be with something else.
So glad I got that shitty ring instead of Insignia of Ravenholdt, it's only a ~20k+ dps difference, no big deal.

The neck is decent and I can appreciate the effect, but the other two are so bad it's kind of amazing.
I have that and the boots and the boots are pure shit, I use the resto Lego boots over them for the much superior stats.
Storm Tempests are dope for cleave though.
I dominate dps on Xavius and Cenarius thanks in large part to the belt.
It's really really good on 2 stacked targets.
Just make sure you apply the effect when stormbringer procs to each target so they all zap eachother instead of just the single target.
The boots are the only shit legendaries I don't have, and I just know they're next.
Resto has mastery and haste which is great for enh.

Cinidaria +30% damage for 100%-90% phase - provides a lot of front-loaded burst when everything is being popped Ailuro regrowth proc stacks to 3, auto generate one every 15s - more blood talon buffs, more self healing.
Should probably be higher on the list with perfect play, but this one increases skill ceiling on the class while the other big ones reduce it.
Sephuz's it has a socket - it has a socket.
Prydaz 15% hp shield every 30s if not taken damage for 5s and has a socket - Ends up absorbing about 20% of the chip damage I take in most fights, which ends up making me pretty hands-off when combined with the self-heals.
Plus it has a socket.
Or you know, end up with both of these and put on balance affinity and enjoy your 27 yard range thrash as it pulls trash from everywhere.
Still no 2nd legendary, but if I get the chest, I'm totally gonna abuse that shit.

I became the new MM hunter for a couple of days using luffas.
Even now I mysteriously pull snails and seagulls from africa.

I ran some quick tests and it seems that Luffa's dominates on Il'gynoth and Wildshaper's is top on Xavius, but the benefit is still marginal compared to legendaries from other classes.
In an ideal environment, it makes sense that power spread averaged over the entire raid should be small, but it blood dk best in slot be healthy to have a large power spread on a boss-by-boss basis.
This way choosing legendaries per boss is actually impactful and rewards gear decision making.

Yet Prydaz worst destro legendary listed at 8 is better for a destro warlock than even the 3rd best legendary is for Sub Cinidaria.
Basically it makes legendaries that actually are pretty decent, maybe not THE BEST legendary, but definitely not terrible items seem far worse than what they are.
Yeah hood is hands down the best, but it isn't like the rest of them are TERRIBLE for affliction and they seem way better to get just because Sephuz's actually is pretty terrible for affliction.
Even though most of those legendaries are as good for affliction, as the all of the other legendaries are for destro.
It looks like you would be fine if you set the minimum value to 80.
It will make your data look way prettier.
It will also make some specs feel a little better.

I feel like atleast 50% of the classes are being balanced around items that people may or may not ever obtain and that's just bad design if you blood dk best in slot me.

Can confirmed, my raid loves me for the 25% movespeed I bring.
Helm is better in single-target situations and the ring is more well-rounded, so it pulls ahead over an average raid.

Cindaria is already the "worst" of the pure boomkin DPS legendaries so it seems to be in the right place.
I think holy priest is off too since it ranks Prydaz first.

The shield goes into your HPS, and it's several percent over the course of a fight.
It also helps with survivability which is something h priests sorely lack.

The class needs this ring to currently survive just like DKs.
Other classes have resource rings to.
With each DH running demons blades it gives a chance of 1-12 fury I believe if they tuned it to 1-10 it would be rounded out well instead of removing the ring.
Now grants 25% Haste, up from 15%.
Now has a 30 sec CD.
Now heals you for 100% of the damage done.
Also I would like to point out that Emerald Nightmare isn't the only high level content that the game has to offer.
Also just for example Sephuz isn't that good for raiding but is really strong in Mythic+ and PVP.

I expect that specs that are underplayed right now are probably not going to be very accurate for a warcraftlogs based analysis.

Frost is parsing a little over fire in single target scenarios now.
It just requires a lot of AP to get going and most high end raiders are heavily invested in fire via legendaries and specific gear choices.
Also the perception that "Frost is bad" due to its pre-buff state causes a lot of inertia on people switching over.
Once there is more data I'll rerun this, but I can see a couple high parses for frost in the ~875 bracket on single target fights.
Especially for those who already invested AP elsewhere.
Seems legit, the chest piece that does nothing but increase a damage reduction passive by 50% when HPS is the ranking metric is source higher just because it's a better stat stick.
The Assass boots require a different relic build and the Outlaw bracers require a different talent build and rotation.
Curious if this is why those two are below the leather class belt.
And I really hope the Sub boots make it passed the nerf block, sub is a very fun spec to play with them.
The 3-Vendetta-Combination is just far and above over all other relics, no matter the legendarys.
Either way, the boots are pretty low impact.
Outlaw Bracers are bad.
There is a lot of lost damage between BtE and RT, and the boost to pistol shot is probably only barely worth that.
I really wonder that boots arent higher then the bracers.
Depends on ilvl of your better rupture dmg relics you ahve access to.
Regardless, I'm saying the people that are using the assass boots might not being using the 3 master assassin relics as it's on recently been touted as the best combo, mostly as it's only good if you have all 3, which can be hard to do.
Outlaw Bracers are bad.
Outlaw with the leggo bracers sims higher than the other specs on ST at current ilvl.
This has a have a huge increase of DPS in between Quickening stacks and not having to Evo since having a butt load of mastery is going to increase our mana regen anyway so 10% of that will be even better.
Shard's the defacto best and your 'best' being the Kilt which gives us 12% for using an ability that we only use to clear quickening stacks and prior to using evo anyway.
Right now the base Arcane rotation has you trying your damn hardest to only cast Barrage as minimal as possible.
With the kilt you change the rotation completely not implimented in SimC.
Another major point to the kilt is that it is much more forgiving which further pushes it at the top.
Make a mistake with the other legendaries and you are fucked.
Bonus points if you have Rhonin's Bracers which is absolutely insane and provides more "regen" than the cord.
Almost all top Arcane Mages in WCL use the above combination.
As for Dungeons, Kilt is way way ahead.
PS: Something is off with the methodology since Rhonin's should be at the very top.

One of the most vital parts of Frost DK's dps is keeping Icy Talons stacks up at all time.
If these stacks drop, you're in for a huge dps loss.
We have an artifact trait that helps with this increases the range on Frost Strikebut I can't tell you how useful an extra 15% move speed since Frost DKs almost always have either 20% or 32% haste would be when struggling to keep up Icy Talons stacks.
Also, the secondary stats are great for us.
My stacks stay on for quite a while,and when they do drop,my dps barely gets hit tbh.
Most of the bosses that you can keep up the stacks on,you dont need to move that much.
With the exception of like spideybitch.
I have no issue with most of the bosses.

The oblit rune proc happens quite a bit from what ive noticed.
Because for enhancement shaman sephuz ranks insanely low because we can't stun bosses.
Tho in mythic+ it's pretty amazing!

Looking at the Frost mage numbers, not only do you have 2 non-frost legendaries included in your list, you have a non-combat legendary Belo'vir's Final Stand as being a 4.
That legendary is literally just a stat stick which gives you 20% HP shield whenever you blink and has stats in a non-optimal configuration.
Your numbers for the fire mage critique are also off; You are including Norgannon's Foresight and Prydaz Xavaric's Magnum Opus in your power calculations when neither of them should be used over any decent ilvl crit piece.
When you remove those two, your lower bound increases up to 433k which will drop the 465k of bracers lower than a 10 on your power rankings.
For example im using the resto shaman hands on my enhancer because it got BiS stats on them.
I use that stupid neck when I go prot but it's basically a worthless piece of crap to me as ret.
So freaking disappointing to have gone this long and still find nothing but that POS.
The hands are much better than shard.
Frost mages are just encumbered by poor information spreading.
